Some babies are bathed in a special blend of dyes to achieve the true to life baby skin tone.

Each baby is then given translucent veins that are so often found on babies and small children.

Babies are then blushed to perfection with high quality oil paints to highlight every fold, dimple and roll.

Nails are given the fresh cut manicure look.

Hand painted barely there eyebrows are added.

Either top quality wigs are added to the head or super soft mohair is hand micro rooted (one to two three hairs at a time) in to the scalp, then the wig or mohair is cut and styled for just the right look.

Eyelashes are securely applied with a loving hand. Hand rooted lashes can be found on all our sleeping babies.

Noses are open to give the breath of life look.

Doll eyes are removed and replaced with realistic eyes.

Cloth bodies are correctly weighted for the size of each baby to give not only a realistic looking baby, but a realistic feeling one as well! Even their heads need to be supported , like a newborn.
